In the case of Application for Determining the Validity of an Arbitration Agreement between Claimant Hunan Yuda Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and Respondent Hunan Jiudu Technology Co., Ltd. , the seal affixed on the arbitration agreement was not the seal of the Claimant upon judicial appraisal, therefore the parties did not express a genuine intent to sign the arbitration agreement and the court held that the parties did not reach an arbitration agreement.
