Supreme People’s Court Judge Liu Guixiang (劉貴祥) and Judge Zhang Yongjian (張勇健) brief about the current situation of China International Commercial Court (CICC).
Liu Guixiang is the member of the Supreme People’s Court judicial committee, and Grand Justice of the second rank. As far as we know, he is in charge of foreign-related civil and commercial litigation and judgment enforcement in Supreme People’s Court. He was president of the First Circuit Court, director of the enforcement department of the Supreme People's Court and Director of the SPC’s 4th Civil Division.
